He was very efficient and professional, he is a hard worker .

Maintenance are 5 5 and probably the best part about this community. The leasing office was not professional and acknowledged that it was acceptable' to wait 10 months for an issue to be resolved when we are discussing move out . They never answer the phones, the walls floors are thin, there is noise, nowhere to park, and they do not address issues in a timely manner other than maintenance requests - again those guys have been awesome .

Of all the places we explored their amenities were second to none I do fine some minor issues but over time they will self correct I hope. The management and maintenance staff go above and beyond to see that the residence are services to the highest level possible...the Internet and the portal are lacking in their robustness. I would definitely recommend that you investigate further, you will be well pleased I'm sure

submitted by Kira - |Recommended: YesWould 100 recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking. We live in a 2 bedroom unit in Somerset, and it's been nothing short of fantastic. The office staff are so friendly, and the maintenance folks are prompt and hospitable. Within a week of moving in, the staff was recognizing us and waving whenever we saw them. The grounds are always kept clean and well kept just when I start to feel like the lawn could use a mow, they're out there the next day I love that it's located near a quiet neighborhood and schools it makes us feel really safe. Considering this place is priced competitively to other complexes in Linn Benton counties, I think my partner and I got a steal. On top of it all, we love the color schemes and design of the units.. very trendy. This is one of those places that's so nice that you feel like you can take pride in where you live.

I was attracted to the amenities pool, jacuzzi, the court, fitness center, hot tub, I have already used the Conference room to conduct a Zoom session, having the comforts of a Clubhouse.
The neighbors are friendly, considerate willing to help, if needed.
⭐️ Each staff member conveys thoughtfulness, kindness strong willingness to help in any situation.

Nice neighbors, absolutely STELLAR office staff, property is SUPER clean and immaculately kept. The leasing office absolute would not give up on us a kinda complicated out of state move and we are now in a beautiful unit that checks all the boxes including in unit full sized washer and dryer.. I haven’t been a renter in 20 years so it’s been an adjustment, plus we have specific needs to accommodate, and they just really went above and beyond and were patient and gracious 100 of the time. From what I hear, most people don’t have as many wam fuzzies toward their management office, so we’re feeling pretty blessed. If you’re a responsible, respectful human, you’ll love it at Timberridge Place. Oh, and they’re so pet-friendly They keep their word and don’t play games. The staff is courteous and conscientious. All the stars. Thanks, everybody.

The neighbors are great, and the maintenance guy is super nice, but the absolute icing on the cake is the team in the leasing office — they are available, flexible, reasonable, sincerely friendly and accommodating— I can’t say enough about how hard they worked to meet our specific needs and requests. We LOVE our new Timberridge home. Highly recommend
